Bouman Kraus name change to The Kraus Law Firm
Effective November 1, 2016, we began representing clients through our new law firm name of The Kraus Law Firm. In addition, we have dissolved the partnership firm of Bouman-Kraus.

While our name has changed, our demonstrated commitment to exemplary representation continues. Jason Kraus and paralegal Teresa Minter continue the passionate, responsive representation and personal services clients have come to rely upon.
Jason Kraus’ Texas Board of Legal Specialization certification as a Specialist in Real Estate Law demonstrates our firm’s commitment to excellence. At the same time, practice areas remain unchanged. We remain focused on Real Estate, corporate, litigation and foreclosure.
